Apple touch-up the iPod range
Set to continue their market-leading position with portable music and video devices, Apple has revamped the iPod range with 3 all new video-enabled models. With approximately 80% of market-share the video podcast audience is on its way up and up.
We briefly review the new features of the range and see what Mr Jobs has to say about the new members of the iPod family.
iPod Touch
The new iPod Touch features the multi-touch user interface a la the iPhone, which enables users to enjoy their music, videos and more with just the touch of a finger. The iPod Touch also includes Wi-Fi wireless networking -, the first on any iPod - and some amazing apps.Included are the Safari™ browser, search by Google or Yahoo!; a YouTube application that lets users wirelessly watch videos from the Internet’s most popular video website; and the new iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store which lets users wirelessly browse, preview and buy songs.

iPod Classic
The iPod Classic has got some serious gigabytes, now featuring 80GB or 160GB of storage, download your entire collection of music, photos, video, podcasts and games—up to 40,000 songs or 200 hours of video. Now in its sixth generation, the new iPod classic delivers all the features customers love about their iPods, plus an enhanced user interface featuring Cover Flow™ and a new all-metal enclosure.

iPod Nano
By no means bringing up the rear, the all new iPod Nano brings video playback and an incredible new design to the world’s most loved media device.
